Effecten van Lactobacillus Plantarum PS128 bij kinderen met autismespectrumstoornis
Autismespectrumstoornis (ASS) is een neurologische ontwikkelingsstoornis die aanzienlijke sociale, communicatieve en gedragsstoornissen kan veroorzaken.
Probiotica worden beschouwd als actieve micro-organismen.
Bij voldoende hoeveelheden kunnen probiotica de darmflora, darmdoorlaatbaarheid, ontstekingen en antioxiderende reacties in het lichaam reguleren.
Deze reacties kunnen de gezondheid verder bevorderen, de progressie van de stofwisselingsziekte reguleren en complicaties voorkomen.
Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) werd gerapporteerd als een psychobioticum in verschillende dier- en mensstudies die de niveaus van neurotransmitters in verschillende hersengebieden moduleerden.
Deze studie moet evalueren of de consumptie van PS128 de symptomen van patiënten met ASS kan verbeteren.
De huidige gerandomiseerde, placebogecontroleerde studie werd uitgevoerd om de psychofysiologische effecten van PS128 bij schoolkinderen met ASS te onderzoeken.

Deelname Criteria
Onderzoekers zoeken naar mensen die aan een bepaalde beschrijving voldoen, de zogenaamde geschiktheidscriteria. Enkele voorbeelden van deze criteria zijn iemands algemene gezondheidstoestand of eerdere behandelingen.

Inclusiecriteria:
- (1) Leeftijd van 7 tot 12 jaar.
- (2) PS128-groep en placebogroep: Kinderen met een autismespectrumstoornis, bevestigd door Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule.
- (3) Normale controlegroep: kinderen zonder autismespectrumstoornis.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- (1) Binnen een maand antibiotica ontvangen.
- (2) Probiotica gebruikt in poeder, capsule of tablet in twee weken (behalve Yoghurt, Yoghurt, Yakult en andere verwante voedingsmiddelen).
- (3) Patiënten met hepatobiliaire gastro-intestinale tractus die een operatie hebben ondergaan (behalve hernia-operatie en appendectomie)
- (4) Degenen met speciale diëten (glutenvrij, caseïnevrij, eiwitrijk en ketogeen dieet).
- (5) Degenen met een voorgeschiedenis van kanker.
- (6) Degenen die allergisch zijn voor melkzuurbacteriën.
- (7) Niet geschikt volgens PI

De proefpersonen nemen gedurende 12 weken elke dag PS128-capsules (één keer 2 capsules/dag).

Elke PS128-capsule bevatte> 3 × 10 ^ 10 kolonievormende eenheden (CFU) met microkristallijne cellulose en weegt 425 ± 25 mg.
|

Placebo-vergelijker: Placebo
De proefpersonen zullen gedurende 12 weken elke dag placebocapsules innemen (eenmaal 2 capsules/dag).

De placebocapsules bevatten slechts 425 ± 25 mg microkristallijne cellulose.

Geen tussenkomst: Normale controle
De normale controlegroep wordt op uitnodiging ingeschreven vanaf gezonde kinderen die qua leeftijd en geslacht overeenkomen.
