Effetti del Lactobacillus Plantarum PS128 nei bambini con disturbo dello spettro autistico

Il disturbo dello spettro autistico (ASD) è un disturbo dello sviluppo neurologico che può causare significativi deficit sociali, comunicativi e comportamentali. I probiotici sono considerati microrganismi attivi. Con quantità sufficienti, i probiotici possono regolare la flora intestinale, la permeabilità intestinale, l'infiammazione e le reazioni antiossidanti nel corpo. Queste reazioni possono promuovere ulteriormente la salute, regolare la progressione della malattia metabolica e prevenire le complicanze. Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) è stato segnalato come uno psicobiotico in diversi studi su animali e umani che hanno modulato i livelli di neurotrasmettitori in diverse aree del cervello. Criterio di inclusione:

  • (1) Età da 7 a 12 anni.
  • (2) Gruppo PS128 e gruppo placebo: bambini con disturbo dello spettro autistico, confermato dal programma di osservazione diagnostica dell'autismo.
  • (3) Gruppo di controllo normale: bambini senza disturbo dello spettro autistico.

Criteri di esclusione:

  • (1) Ricezione di antibiotici entro un mese.
  • (2) Probiotici utilizzati in polvere, capsule o compresse in due settimane (ad eccezione di Yogurt, Yogurt, Yakult e altri alimenti correlati).
  • (3) Pazienti con tratto gastrointestinale epatobiliare che hanno subito un intervento chirurgico (ad eccezione di chirurgia dell'ernia e appendicectomia)
  • (4) Quelli con diete speciali (dieta senza glutine, senza caseina, iperproteica e chetogenica).
  • (5) Quelli con una storia di cancro.
  • (6) Coloro che sono allergici ai batteri dell'acido lattico.
  • (7) Non idoneo giudicato da PI

Sperimentale: PS128
I soggetti assumeranno le capsule PS128 ogni giorno (2 capsule al giorno, una volta) per 12 settimane.
Ogni capsula PS128 conteneva > 3 × 10 ^ 10 unità formanti colonie (CFU) con cellulosa microcristallina e pesi 425 ± 25 mg.
Comparatore placebo: Placebo
I soggetti assumeranno capsule placebo ogni giorno (2 capsule al giorno, una volta) per 12 settimane.
Le capsule placebo contenevano solo 425 ± 25 mg di cellulosa microcristallina.
