Cette étude examinera comment la dose expérimentale de sémaglutide agit pour aider les personnes ayant un excès de poids à perdre du poids. Critère d'intégration:

  • Âge supérieur ou égal à 18 ans au moment de la signature du consentement éclairé.
  • Indice de masse corporelle (IMC) supérieur ou égal à 24 et inférieur à 28 kilogrammes par mètre carré (kg/m^2) avec présence d'au moins une complication liée au poids (traitée ou non) : diabète de type 2 (DT2) , hypertension, dyslipidémie, apnée obstructive du sommeil ou maladie cardiovasculaire ou IMC supérieur ou égal à 28 et supérieur à 30 kg/m^2, avec ou sans complications liées au poids lors du dépistage.
  • Antécédents d'au moins un effort diététique infructueux autodéclaré pour perdre du poids.

Pour les participants atteints de DT2 lors du dépistage :

- Diagnostiqué de DT2 supérieur ou égal à 180 jours avant le jour du dépistage

Traité avec soit :

  • Régime alimentaire et exercice physique seuls ou avec 1 à 3 médicaments antidiabétiques oraux commercialisés (metformine, alpha-glucosidase, sulfonylurées (SU), glinides, inhibiteurs du cotransporteur sodium-glucose 2 (SGLT2i) ou glitazone en monothérapie ou en association) selon les réglementations locales. étiquette.
  • Le traitement par antidiabétiques oraux doit être stable (même médicament(s) ou ingrédient actif, dose et fréquence d'administration) pendant au moins 60 jours avant le dépistage.
