Critère d'intégration:

  • Tumeur solide avancée (non résécable et/ou métastatique) confirmée : cancer gastrique (y compris cancer de la jonction gastro-œsophagienne), cancer de l'œsophage, cancer des voies biliaires ou adénocarcinome canalaire pancréatique
  • Les participants qui ont présenté des événements indésirables (EI) dus à des traitements anticancéreux antérieurs doivent avoir récupéré jusqu'à un niveau < grade 1 ou niveau de base.
  • Les participants infectés par le virus de l'immunodéficience humaine (VIH) doivent avoir un VIH bien contrôlé sous traitement antirétroviral
  • Les participants positifs à l'antigène de surface de l'hépatite B (AgHBs) sont éligibles s'ils ont reçu un traitement antiviral contre le virus de l'hépatite B (VHB) pendant au moins 4 semaines et ont une charge virale VHB indétectable.
  • Les participants ayant des antécédents d'infection par le virus de l'hépatite C (VHC) sont éligibles si la charge virale du VHC est indétectable.

Expérimental: Partie 1 : MK-1200

Number of Participants Who Experience One or More Dose-Limiting Toxicities (DLTs) - Part 1

The occurrence of any of the following toxicities within 28 days after the first dose of study intervention were considered a DLT, if assessed by the investigator to be possibly, probably, or definitely related to study intervention administration:

  • Grade 4 nonhematologic toxicity (not laboratory). Any nonhematologic AE ≥Grade 3 in severity was considered a DLT, with pre-specified exceptions
