L'étude est une étude interventionnelle monocentrique qui évalue l'efficacité de la transplantation allogénique par HLA ou haplodentielle constituée d'un régime de conditionnement basé sur l'irradiation couplé à l'immunothérapie de leucémie aiguë à haut risque pour les patients à haut risque de leucémie.

Critères d'inclusion:
Patients atteints de LMA
- Diagnostic de la LMA avec indication de la transplantation allogénique des cellules hématopoïétiques.
- Diagnostic de leucémie sur le risque génétique indésirable ou présence de MRD ou de maladie active (infiltration de la moelle osseuse 5-30%) au moment de la procédure de transplantation.
- Disponibilité d'un donneur de cellules souches hématopoïétiques (famille ou HLA non apparenté ou HLA-Haplodential avec le patient) adapté à être traité avec du G-CSF (10 mcg / kg / mat) pendant un maximum de 7 jours et capable de tolérer 2 leukapheresses ou plus.
- Âge ≥ 18 et ≤ 65 ans
- Ecog ≤ 2
- HCT-CI ≤ 4 (51,52)
- Absence de maladies psychiatriques pertinentes
- Signature du consentement éclairé
Tous les patients
- Diagnostic de tous, T ou B (Philadelphie négatif) ou phénotype mixte avec indication de la transplantation allogénique
- Présence de MRD ou de maladie active (infiltration de la moelle osseuse 5-30%) ou patient avec ≥ 2e rémission hématologique complète au moment de la procédure de transplantation.
- Disponibilité d'un donneur de famille de cellules souches hématopoïétiques (famille ou HLA non apparenté ou HLA-Haplodential avec le patient) adapté à être traité avec du G-CSF (10 mcg / kg / mat) pendant un maximum de 7 jours et capable de tolérer 2 leukapheresses ou plus.
- Âge ≥ 18 et ≤ 65 ans
- Ecog ≤ 2
- HCT-CI ≤ 4
- Absence de maladies psychiatriques pertinentes
- Signature du consentement éclairé

- AML avec> 5% de souffles périphériques ou d'infiltration de moelle osseuse ≥ 30%
- Âge <18 ans ou> 65 ans

- Fonction inacceptable des poumons, du foie, des reins et / ou du cœur et la présence de maladies psychiatriques pertinentes selon le jugement clinique
- Grossesse
- Aucune signature du consentement éclairé

- Le tout avec> 5% des explosions périphériques ou une infiltration de moelle osseuse ≥30%
- Philadelphie positif tout
- Âge <18 ans ou> 65 ans
