De studie is een monocentrische, interventionele studie die de werkzaamheid evalueert van allogene HLA-gematchte of haplo-identieke transplantatie bestaande uit een bestraling gebaseerd conditioneringsregime in combinatie met donor Treg/TCON adoptie-immunotherapie voor hoog-risico acute leukemie patiënten.

Inclusiecriteria:
AML -patiënten
- Diagnose van AML met indicatie voor allogene hematopoietische celtransplantatie.
- Diagnose van nadelige genetische risico-leukemie of aanwezigheid van MRD of actieve ziekte (beenmerginfiltratie 5-30%) ten tijde van de transplantatieprocedure.
- Beschikbaarheid van een hematopoietische stamceltonor (familie of niet-gerelateerde HLA-matched of HLA-haplo-identiek bij de patiënt) geschikt om te worden behandeld met G-CSF (10 mcg/kg/dobbelsteen) gedurende maximaal 7 dagen en in staat om 2 of meer leukaferen te verdragen.
- Leeftijd ≥ 18 en ≤ 65 jaar
- Ecog ≤ 2
- HCT-CI ≤ 4 (51,52)
- Afwezigheid van relevante psychiatrische aandoeningen
- Handtekening van de geïnformeerde toestemming
Alle patiënten
- Diagnose van allemaal, T of B (Philadelphia negatief) of gemengd fenotype met indicatie voor allogene transplantatie
- Aanwezigheid van MRD of actieve ziekte (beenmerginfiltratie 5-30%) of patiënt met ≥ 2e volledige hematologische remissie ten tijde van de transplantatieprocedure.
- Beschikbaarheid van een hematopoietische stamcelfamilie-donor (familie of niet-gerelateerde HLA-matched of HLA-haplo-identiek met de patiënt) geschikt om te worden behandeld met G-CSF (10 mcg/kg/die) gedurende maximaal 7 dagen en in staat om 2 of meer leukaferen te verdragen.
