Critères d'inclusion :
- Hommes âgés de 18 à 80 ans avec un UIR-PCa prouvé par biopsie (critères du National Comprehensive Cancer Network [NCCN] : score de Gleason 7 (4+3), PSA 10-20 ng/mL, ou stade clinique T2b-T2c)
- Traitement prévu avec SBRT (36,25-37,5 Gy en 5 fractions) et ADT (6 mois)
- Évaluation de la fonction sexuelle de base disponible (score International Index of Erectile Function [IIEF-5, également connu sous le nom de SHIM] ≥ 12 ou score de statut d'érection pré-sélection de 1-3 : érection insuffisante pour les rapports, suffisante mais non optimale, ou normale)
- État de performance Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) 0-1.
- Consentement éclairé écrit pour participer.
Critères d'exclusion :
- Radiothérapie pelvienne antérieure, chirurgie de la prostate, ADT ou chimiothérapie
- Dysfonction sexuelle sévère préexistante (score IIEF-5 < 12 ou score de statut d'érection pré-sélection de 0 : aucune érection)
- Hypogonadisme à la présentation (testostérone de base inférieure à la plage normale)
- Contre-indications à la SBRT ou à l'ADT
- Maladie métastatique, deuxième malignité ou malignités antérieures.
- Maladies péniennes bénignes ou malignes.
- Utilisation de médicaments modifiant l'éjaculation (par exemple, inhibiteurs de la 5-alpha réductase)
- Conditions psychiatriques affectant la complétion des questionnaires ou l'évaluation de la QdV
- Comorbidités sévères affectant les évaluations de la QdV (par exemple, maladie cardiovasculaire avancée).
