- 50歳以上で、1人以上の研究者またはコンサルタントのケア下にある、CPBによる心臓弁手術について十分な説明と同意を得た50人の患者が、1年間(さらに1年間の追跡調査のために)前向きに登録される。 )。
除外基準:
以下の疾患実体の病歴を持つ患者は除外されます。
- 実質的な残存欠損を伴う症候性脳血管疾患、アルコール乱用、精神疾患、腎不全(クレアチニン>2.0)、
- 肝機能障害(ALTまたはAST > 1.5 x ULN)、スタチン療法によるアレルギーまたはミオパシーの病歴、妊娠中または授乳中の女性、または研究者の意見では患者の参加を制限する可能性があるその他の併存疾患。 除外基準は、交絡を制限し、手術や治療に関連する欠損の区別を強化するように設計されています。
- 読むことができないために神経認知検査を完了できない患者も除外されます。
- 頸動脈内膜切除術または他の血管手術を同時に受けた患者も、比較のためのより均一なサンプルを提供するために除外されます。
