原発性気分障害または不安障害に対してSRIによる治療に成功した12人のRYGB候補者を前向きに研究した。
術前の薬物動態研究(PK)のために、投与直後に SRI 血漿レベルを測定するための血液サンプルを採取しました。
最大濃度 (CMAX)、CMAX までの時間 (TMAX)、および濃度下面積/時間曲線 (AUC) を決定しました。
PK 研究は術後 1 か月、6 か月、12 か月後に繰り返し行われました。
PK データは、各研究時点での用量に対して補正されました。
ハミルトンうつ病評価スケールの構造化面接ガイド - 非定型うつ病症状バージョンを使用して、うつ病の症状を定量化しました。

肥満外科クリニック - RYGBを希望する病的肥満患者で、肥満手術の基準(BMI≧40kg/m2、または重度の肥満関連併存疾患のあるBMI≧35kg/m2)を満たし、原発性気分障害または不安障害に対してSRIによる維持治療を受けた患者。
説明
包含基準:
- 全身麻酔に耐えられる
- 過去6か月間、医師の監督下で失敗した減量の試みを文書化できる
- インフォームドコンセントを提供できる
- プライマリケア医師、栄養士、精神科医によって手術の許可が下りた
- うつ病に特化したSRI治療を6週間以上、6週間のうち最後の2週間は一定量で行う
除外基準:
- 妊娠
- 食事、サプリメント、運動、フォローアップなどの術後の要件に従う気がない、または従うことができない
