1차 기분 또는 불안 장애에 대해 SRI로 성공적으로 치료받은 12명의 RYGB 후보자를 전향적으로 연구했습니다.
수술 전 약동학 연구(PK)를 위해 투여 직후 SRI 혈장 수준에 대한 혈액 샘플을 채취했습니다.
최대 농도(CMAX), CMAX까지의 시간(TMAX) 및 농도/시간 곡선 아래 면적(AUC)을 결정했습니다.
PK 연구는 수술 후 1개월, 6개월 및 12개월에 반복되었습니다.

비만 수술 클리닉 - 비만 수술 기준(BMI ≥ 40kg/m2 또는 심각한 비만 관련 동반 질환이 있는 ≥ 35kg/m2)을 충족하고 원발성 기분 또는 불안 장애에 대해 SRI로 유지 치료를 받은 RYGB를 찾는 병적 비만 환자.

포함 기준:
- 전신 마취에 견딜 수 있음
- 지난 6개월 동안 의학적 감독 하에 체중 감량 시도가 실패한 적이 있음을 문서화할 수 있습니다.
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공할 수 있음
- 1차 진료 MD, 영양사 및 정신과 의사의 수술 승인
