在给药后立即抽取用于 SRI 血浆水平的血样用于术前药代动力学研究 (PK)。
确定了最大浓度 (CMAX)、达到 CMAX 的时间 (TMAX) 和浓度/时间曲线下的面积 (AUC)。
在术后 1、6 和 12 个月重复 PK 研究。
