包含基準:
年齢は18歳以上。 一次損傷の鈍的メカニズム。 受傷から病院到着までの時間が 2 時間以内である。 手術を含む何らかの理由で、病院到着から最初の 24 時間以内に人工呼吸器を使用する。
次のいずれか:
- 病院到着から4時間以内の収縮期血圧が90 mmHg未満(クラスIIIショック->30%失血)。
- 病院到着時の最初の血液ガスの塩基欠乏 > 4 mmol/l
- 病院到着から12時間以内に2単位以上の濃厚赤血球を輸血する。
除外基準 (いずれか 1 つ):
余命が6か月未満の既知の病気。 一次損傷の貫通メカニズム。 病院到着から4時間以内に死亡。
