この研究の目的は、限局性疾患小細胞肺癌において、低分割同時化学放射線療法が従来の分割同時化学放射線療法と同じ有効性を有するかどうかを判断することです。

限局的疾患小細胞肺がん患者の場合、実験群では 45Gy/15F の放射線療法と同時化学療法が使用されます。
一方、対照群では、60Gy/30Fの放射線療法と同時化学療法が使用されます。
2 つのアームの生存と毒性の両方が観察され、比較されます。

- 18~70歳、ECOG 0~2
- 組織学的または細胞学的に小細胞肺がんが証明された患者
- 限局性疾患 (LD) は、片側胸部に限定された腫瘍を特徴としています。 これには、同側肺門、両方の縦隔、および両方の鎖骨上リンパ節が含まれる場合があります。 転移性リンパ節は、直径が 1cm を超える短径リンパ節、または PET で FDG が取り込まれているリンパ節と定義されました。 細胞学的に悪性胸水が証明されない限り、胸水の厚さは1cm未満でした。 つまり、AJCC癌病期分類第7版によれば、肺転移のある患者を除いたステージI〜IIIBをLDと定義すべきである。
- EPによる2サイクルの化学療法後も進行なし。
- 抗腫瘍治療の既往はない。
- 重度の内臓疾患や臓器障害がないこと
- 書面によるインフォームドコンセントが提供され、
除外基準:
- 他の部位の悪性腫瘍。 非黒色腫皮膚がんおよび上皮内子宮頸がんは、治癒可能な場合には含まれません。
- 活動性の心臓病または急性心筋梗塞は 6 か月以内に発生します。
- 精神科の歴史。
- 妊婦または授乳が必要な女性、または絨毛性性腺刺激ホルモン(HCG)陽性の女性
- コントロールされていない糖尿病または高血圧
- 間質性肺炎または活動性肺線維症
- 急性の細菌または真菌感染症
- ステロイドの経口または静脈内使用
