본 연구의 목적은 저분할 동시 화학방사선요법이 제한질환 소세포폐암에서 기존의 분할 동시 화학방사선요법과 동일한 효율성을 가지는지 확인하는 것이다.

제한된 질병 소세포 폐암 환자의 경우, 동시 화학 요법과 함께 45Gy/15F의 방사선 요법이 실험군에 사용됩니다.
동시 화학 요법과 함께 60Gy/30F의 방사선 요법이 컨트롤 암에 사용될 것입니다.
2개 아암의 생존 및 독성 모두를 관찰하고 비교할 것이다.

포함 기준:
- 18~70세, ECOG 0-2
- 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 소세포폐암이 입증된 환자
- 제한된 질병(LD)은 하나의 편흉부에 국한된 종양을 특징으로 했습니다. 여기에는 동측 폐문, 종격동 모두 및 쇄골상부 림프절 모두가 포함될 수 있습니다. 전이성 림프절은 짧은 직경이 1cm 이상이거나 PET에서 FDG 흡수가 있는 림프절로 정의되었습니다. 악성 흉막삼출액이 세포학적으로 확인되지 않는 한 흉막삼출액의 두께는 1cm 미만이었다. 한마디로 AJCC 암 병기 7판에 따르면 폐 전이 환자를 제외한 병기 I-IIIB는 LD로 정의되어야 합니다.
- EP로 2주기의 화학 요법 후 진행 없음.
- 항종양 치료의 과거력이 없습니다.
- 심각한 내부 질환 및 장기 기능 장애 없음

제외 기준:
- 다른 부위의 악성 종양. 비흑색종 피부암 및 자궁경부 상피내암은 치료 가능한 경우 포함되지 않았습니다.
- 활동성 심장질환이나 급성심근경색증은 6개월 안에 발생한다.
- 정신과 병력.
- 임산부 또는 모유 수유가 필요한 여성 또는 양성 융모막 성선 자극 호르몬(HCG)이 있는 여성
- 조절되지 않는 당뇨병 또는 고혈압
- 간질성 폐렴 또는 활동성 폐 섬유증
- 급성 세균 또는 진균 감염
- 스테로이드의 경구 또는 정맥 주사 사용
