現在、心臓カテーテル法で使用されるカテーテルは、X 線で撮影された写真によって心腔と血管全体に誘導されます。
この技術は、患者を放射線にさらします。
この研究プロトコルでは、研究者は MRI 技術を使用してリアルタイムの写真を撮り、心腔内のカテーテルをナビゲートします。
MRI は電磁エネルギーを使用します。したがって、参加者を放射線エネルギーにさらすことはありません。
調査の概要
詳細な説明
参加者は全身麻酔を受け、X 線カテーテル検査室で血管へのアクセスが得られます。
次に、参加者は、集中的な MRI 検査が行われる MRI スキャナーに転送されます。
次に、リアルタイムの MRI ガイダンスを使用してカテーテルを心腔に誘導し、従来の心臓カテーテル法の手順を実行します。
時間が許せば、参加者が x 線カテーテル検査室に戻される前に、追加の研究 MRI が実行されます。
いずれかの MRI 誘導カテーテル法の手順が失敗した場合、参加者が従来の x 線誘導画像を使用して x 線カテーテル検査室に戻った後、臨床的に示された手順が実行されます。

除外基準:
- -血行動態の不安定性(重要な血管作動薬の注入サポートが必要など)または機械的な血行動態のサポートを含む心血管の不安定性。
- 妊娠中の女性
- 授乳中の女性で、母乳を24時間捨てる予定がない女性
MRIスキャンが禁忌の患者は除外されます。 これらの禁忌には、次のデバイスを使用している患者が含まれます。
- 中枢神経系動脈瘤クリップ
- 埋め込まれた神経刺激装置

X線被ばくを回避または最小限に抑えるために、可能な限り心臓カテーテル法をガイドするために磁気共鳴画像法が使用されます。

市販の MRI 対応カテーテルを使用して、リアルタイムの磁気共鳴画像法 (MRI) を使用して右心カテーテル法を行います。
MRI誘導はX線を使用しません。
