術中のポジティブメッセージが術後の転帰に及ぼす影響の研究
腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術が予定されている患者は 3 つのグループに割り当てられます。
グループAとBの患者は全身麻酔下でポジティブなメッセージを聞きます。
グループCの患者はメッセージに耳を傾けません。
術後の痛み、鎮痛薬の消費量、吐き気、嘔吐、覚醒時の興奮エピソードの頻度を記録し、3 つのグループ間で比較します。

患者は、11 段階の数値評価スケール (0 痛みなし、10 考えられる最大の痛み) を使用して術後の痛みを評価するように求められます。
痛みは、仰臥位、咳の後、および仰臥位から立位に体位を変えた後に評価されます。

全身麻酔から目覚めてから平均 15 分以内。
|
術後のパラセタモール摂取量。
時間枠:全身麻酔から目覚めてから24時間後。
|
患者には、必要に応じて鎮痛剤を求めるように指示されます。
緊急鎮痛が必要な場合は、1000mgのパラセタモールが投与されます。
パラセタモールの投与頻度は記録されます。

|
術後のトラマドール摂取。
時間枠:全身麻酔から目覚めてから24時間後。
|
パラセタモールの投与によって術後の痛みが緩和されず、患者が鎮痛を求め続ける場合には、100mgのトラマドールが投与されます。
トラマドール投与の頻度は記録されます。
