Tutkimus intraoperatiivisten positiivisten viestien vaikutuksesta leikkauksen jälkeisiin tuloksiin
Laparoskooppiseen kolekystektomiaan varatut potilaat jaetaan kolmeen ryhmään.
A- ja B-ryhmän potilaat kuuntelevat positiivista viestiä yleisanestesiassa.
Ryhmän C potilaat eivät kuuntele viestiä.
Leikkauksen jälkeinen kipu, analgeettien kulutus ja pahoinvoinnin, oksentelun ja levottomuuden esiintymistiheys dokumentoidaan ja niitä verrataan kolmen ryhmän välillä.

Potilaita pyydetään arvioimaan postoperatiivista kipuaan käyttämällä 11 asteen numeerista arviointiasteikkoa (0 ei kipua, 10 suurin mahdollinen kipu).
Kipu arvioidaan makuuasennossa, yskän jälkeen ja asennon muuttamisen jälkeen makuuasennosta seisomaan.

Keskimäärin 15 minuutin sisällä yleisanestesiasta poistumisen jälkeen.

Parasetamolin käyttö leikkauksen jälkeen.
Aikaikkuna: 24 tuntia yleisanestesiasta poistumisen jälkeen.

Potilaita neuvotaan kysymään tarvittaessa kipulääkkeitä.
Kun pelastuskipulääkettä tarvitaan, annetaan 1000 mg parasetamolia.
Parasetamolin antotiheys dokumentoidaan.

24 tuntia yleisanestesiasta poistumisen jälkeen.

|
Tramadolin käyttö leikkauksen jälkeen.
Aikaikkuna: 24 tuntia yleisanestesiasta poistumisen jälkeen.

Jos parasetamolin antaminen ei lievitä leikkauksen jälkeistä kipua ja potilaat pyytävät edelleen kipua, annetaan 100 mg tramadolia.
Tramadolin antotiheys dokumentoidaan.

24 tuntia yleisanestesiasta poistumisen jälkeen.
|
|
Agitaatio (kyllä/ei).
Aikaikkuna: Keskimäärin 10 minuutin sisällä yleisanestesian jälkeen.

Potilaiden mielentilaa arvioidaan 7-luokan Rikerin agitaatio-sedaatio-asteikolla.
Jos potilaan pistemäärä on 5 tai enemmän, hänet dokumentoidaan kiihtyneisyyden esiintymisenä.
