Studie van het effect van intraoperatieve positieve berichten op postoperatieve resultaten
De patiënten die ingepland zijn voor laparoscopische cholecystectomie zullen worden ingedeeld in 3 groepen.
Groep A- en B-patiënten luisteren naar een positieve boodschap onder algehele narcose.
Groep C-patiënten luisteren niet naar het bericht.
De postoperatieve pijn, het gebruik van analgetica en de frequentie van misselijkheid, braken en optredende agitatie-episodes zullen worden gedocumenteerd en vergeleken tussen de 3 groepen.

Deelname Criteria

- Laparoscopische cholecystectomie.
- ASA 1-3
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Gehoorverlies.
- Chronisch gebruik van geneesmiddelen die het centrale zenuwstelsel aantasten (antidepressiva, anti-epileptica, opioïden, benzodiazepinen)

Tijdsspanne: Binnen gemiddeld 15 minuten na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

De patiënten wordt gevraagd hun postoperatieve pijn te beoordelen met behulp van de 11-cijferige numerieke beoordelingsschaal (0 geen pijn, 10 maximaal mogelijke pijn).
De pijn wordt beoordeeld in rugligging, na hoesten en na verandering van houding van rugligging naar staande houding.

Binnen gemiddeld 15 minuten na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

|
Postoperatief gebruik van paracetamol.
Tijdsspanne: 24 uur na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

De patiënten zullen worden geïnstrueerd om indien nodig om analgetica te vragen.
Wanneer nood-analgesie nodig is, wordt 1000 mg paracetamol toegediend.
De frequentie van toediening van paracetamol zal worden gedocumenteerd.

24 uur na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

Postoperatieve tramadolconsumptie.

Als de toediening van paracetamol de postoperatieve pijn niet verlicht en de patiënt blijft vragen om pijnstilling, wordt 100 mg tramadol toegediend.
De frequentie van tramadoltoediening zal worden gedocumenteerd.

24 uur na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

|
Ontstaan agitatie (ja/nee).
Tijdsspanne: Binnen gemiddeld 10 minuten na het ontwaken uit algehele anesthesie.

De mentale toestand van de patiënt wordt geëvalueerd met de 7 graad Riker's Agitatie-Sedatie Schaal.
Als de patiënt een score van 5 of hoger heeft, wordt hij gedocumenteerd als een geval van agitatie bij het opkomen.

Postoperatieve misselijkheid.
