従来の理学療法に加えて、遠隔リハビリテーション プログラムは、さまざまな神経疾患、認知疾患、および筋骨格障害における有効性、有効性、非劣性、および重要な利点を証明しています。新しい社会政策と介入政策を定義する機会を意味します。
被験者は無作為に 1) 遠隔リハビリテーション グループ 2) 伝統療法グループに割り当てられます。 無作為化の後、両方のグループの患者が最初の評価を受けました。 データは盲検化された評価者によって収集されます。
テレリハビリテーション グループは、理学療法士が各運動プログラムのビデオ、画像、パラメーターを生成し、各患者に電子メールで送信できるようにする Web アプリケーションを介して、標準化およびカスタマイズされた実行する運動を受け取ります。
テレリハビリテーション プログラムでは、実施するエクササイズ、トレーニングのレベルに応じた繰り返し回数、進行の基準について説明します。
患者は最初に理学療法士によって監督されます。理学療法士は個別のビデオ会議を通じて 3 つのトレーニング セッションを実施し、エクササイズの適切な実行を確実にし、患者のアドヒアランスを促進します。 患者は、テレリハビリテーション プログラムと、テレリハビリテーション マニュアル患者と呼ばれるサポート ドキュメントに従ってセルフ ワークアウト ビデオ演習を行うように指示されます。
伝統的なグループは、理学療法センターで、スペインの通常のリハビリテーション手順、理学療法士との 1 対 1 からなる個別療法、および自宅での運動プログラムを通じて支援を受けます。

- 18歳から65歳までの成人
- 肩峰下症候群の診断 ICD-9 CM 726.10、726.12、726.19 整形外科専門医およびリハビリテーション専門医が発行
- 外科的処置 (関節鏡検査またはオープン アプローチ (部分的な肩峰形成術を伴う肩峰下減圧術、烏口肩峰解放の有無にかかわらず) およびリハビリテーション プロセスの処方を受ける。

実験的:遠隔リハビリテーション
テレリハビリテーション グループは、理学療法士が各運動プログラムのビデオ、画像、パラメーターを生成し、各患者に電子メールで送信できるようにする Web アプリケーションを介して、標準化およびカスタマイズされた運動を受け取ります。
患者は最初に理学療法士によって監督されます。理学療法士はビデオ会議セッションを実施して、エクササイズを適切に実行し、患者の遵守を促します。

シンプル ショルダー テストは、二分法 (はい/いいえ) による 12 の 1 次元回答の質問を特徴とする検証済みの手段です。
これは短いアンケート (2 ~ 3 分) で、理解しやすく、他の主観的なアンケートとの妥当性と比較可能性を提供します。
12 の質問 (痛みに関する 2 項目、力に関する 7 項目、可動域に関する 3 項目) の合計スコア。最悪の結果を 0、肩の機能が最も優れている場合を 100 とし、肯定的な回答の数を乗じて計算します。 100まで。
