研究チームは、mPATH-CRC (健康結腸直腸癌のためのモバイル患者技術) を開発しました。これは、定期的なプライマリケアの訪問の直前に個人が使用する、患者に優しい iPad プログラムです。
mPATH-CRC が CRC の死亡率を低下させる可能性を十分に理解するには、定期的かつ継続的な使用を促進する方法で、プライマリ ケアの実践にプログラムを実装する必要があります。 しかし、近年、何百ものモバイルヘルス (mHealth) ツールが開発されていますが、臨床現場で mHealth 介入を実装および維持するための最適な戦略は不明です。 この研究では、「ハイタッチ」戦略の結果を「ロータッチ」戦略と比較し、タイプ III ハイブリッド設計を使用し、さまざまな方法を組み合わせて、コミュニティベースのさまざまなサンプルにおける mPATH-CRC の実装、維持、および有効性を評価します。慣行。
