詳細な説明
- 目的 この研究の目的は次のとおりです。 (2) 結腸直腸癌患者とその介護者に対する iCanManage の、自己効力感 (主要な結果)、心理的幸福 (不安と抑うつ)、社会的支援、健康関連の生活の質を含む患者の健康上の結果の改善における有効性を調べること(HRQoL) とケアへの満足度、および介護者の負担、心理的幸福、生活の質 (QoL) (主要な結果)。 (3) iCanManage と日常ケアに対する患者とその介護者の認識を調査すること。
- 仮説 3 か月にわたる追跡調査では、対照群の患者と比較して、病院の通常のケアに加えて iCanManage を受けた患者は、次のように有意に報告されます。 (2) 不安や抑うつのレベルが低い。一方、介護者は、負担、不安、抑うつのレベルが大幅に低下し、QoL のレベルが高いと報告します。

患者の不安とうつ病は、14項目の病院不安とうつ病スケール(HADS)によって測定されます。
Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale は、14 項目の自己申告尺度で構成され、7 項目は不安、7 項目はうつ病です。
HADS の各項目は 4 点 (0 ~ 3) で採点されたので、可能なスコアは不安の場合は 0 ~ 21、うつ病の場合は 0 ~ 21 の範囲でした。
各スケールの 8 ~ 10 のスコアは、不安またはうつ病の境界リスクを示唆している可能性があり、11 以上は、不安またはうつ病の「ケースネス」の可能性を示していました (Pritchard、2011; Snaith、2003)。

Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey (MOS - SSS) は、ソーシャル サポートの 4 つの側面を測定します。 (2) 愛情のこもったサポート。 (3) ポジティブな社会的相互作用と (4) 情緒的情報サポート (Shebourne & Stewart, 1991; Wang, Zheng, He, & Thompson, 2013)。

EORTC QLQ-CR29 には、4 つの機能スケールと 18 の症状スケールで構成される 29 の質問があります。
すべての項目は、4 点のリッカート スケール (1 ~ 4) で採点されます。
