DESVELA コホート。罹患率、ライフスタイル、生活の質、サービスの利用、および死亡率の決定要因としての個人スキルの役割の分析。
定量的研究: 主な目的は、行動に関連する個人のスキルが罹患率と独立して関連しているかどうかを分析することです。 定量的および定性的な方法論で研究します。 9 つの自治コミュニティ (AACC) の 35 歳から 74 歳までの 3083 人のコホートを作成するための多施設プロジェクト (10 チーム)。 評価される個人変数は、自己効力感、活性化、健康リテラシー、レジリエンス、コントロールの場所、および性格特性です。 社会人口統計学的共変量、ソーシャル キャピタル、およびコミュニティの健康資産が記録されます。 二次的な目的として、個人のスキルが、全死因死亡率の低下、健康的なライフスタイルのより良い採用、生活の質の向上、および追跡調査における医療サービスの利用の減少と独立して関連しているかどうかが分析されます。 身体検査、血液分析、認知評価が行われます。 罹患率は、6 つの独立変数のそれぞれについて Cox モデルを使用して分析されます (目的 1)。すべての原因による死亡率および他の従属変数による死亡率 (目的 2)。 モデルは、示された共変数によって調整されます。 (AACC) 間の可能な異質性は、ランダム効果をモデルに導入することによって推定されます。
定性調査: 個人のスキルと、健康に対する認識、ライフスタイル、生活の質との関係について、住民の意見と経験を深めること。 研究は現象学的な観点から行われます。 スピーチの飽和に達するのに必要な数のディスカッション グループが作成されます。 研究チームのメンバー間で三角測量されるテーマコンテンツの分析があります。 それぞれのタイプの情報提供者の貢献により、意味が解釈され、説明の枠組みが作成されます。
