DESVELA. Persoonlijke vaardigheden als determinanten van morbiditeit, levensstijl, kwaliteit van leven, gebruik van diensten en sterfte. (DESVELA)
DESVELA-cohort. Analyse van de rol van persoonlijke vaardigheden als bepalende factoren voor de incidentie van morbiditeit, levensstijlen, kwaliteit van leven, gebruik van diensten en mortaliteit.
Kwantitatieve studie: Het belangrijkste doel is om te analyseren of persoonlijke vaardigheden gerelateerd aan gedrag onafhankelijk geassocieerd zijn met de incidentie van morbiditeit. Studie met kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve methodologie. Multicenterproject (10 teams) voor de vorming van een cohort van 3083 personen van 35 tot 74 jaar uit 9 Autonome Gemeenschappen (AACC). De persoonlijke variabelen die worden geëvalueerd zijn: self-efficacy, activatie, gezondheidsvaardigheden, veerkracht, locus of control en persoonlijkheidskenmerken. Sociaal-demografische covariabelen, sociaal kapitaal en gezondheidsactiva van de gemeenschap zullen worden geregistreerd. Als secundair doel zal worden geanalyseerd of persoonlijke vaardigheden onafhankelijk geassocieerd zijn met lagere sterfte door alle oorzaken, betere acceptatie van een gezonde levensstijl, hogere kwaliteit van leven en minder gebruik van gezondheidsdiensten in de follow-up. Een lichamelijk onderzoek, een bloedanalyse en een cognitieve evaluatie zullen worden uitgevoerd. De incidentie van morbiditeit zal worden geanalyseerd met een Cox-model voor elk van de zes onafhankelijke variabelen (doelstelling 1); en sterfte door alle oorzaken en door de andere afhankelijke variabelen (doelstelling 2). De modellen worden aangepast met de aangegeven covariabelen. De mogelijke heterogeniteit tussen (AACC) zal geschat worden door willekeurige effecten in het model te introduceren.
Kwalitatief onderzoek: Verdiepen in de meningen en ervaringen van de bevolking over de relatie tussen persoonlijke vaardigheden met hun perceptie van gezondheid, hun levensstijl en hun kwaliteit van leven. Het onderzoek zal worden uitgevoerd vanuit een fenomenologisch perspectief. Het aantal discussiegroepen dat nodig is om de verzadiging van toespraken te bereiken, zal worden gemaakt. Er zal een thematische inhoudsanalyse plaatsvinden die zal worden getrianguleerd tussen de leden van het onderzoeksteam. De betekenissen worden geïnterpreteerd en er wordt een verklarend kader gecreëerd met de bijdragen van elk type informant.
