包含基準:

  • 18歳以上から70歳以下の成人。
  • BMI ≥ 18 kg/m2、スクリーニング前の 3 か月間またはベースラインの肝生検以降のいずれか早い方の履歴による安定した体重（5% 未満の変化と定義）。
  • 被験者は、-7日目から6ヶ月以内に肝生検によって確認された肝線維症を伴う非硬変性NASH（線維症ステージF1-F3）の診断を受けています。
  • -MRI-PDFFは、脂肪症が8％以上のスクリーニングで実行されました。

除外基準:

  • -アルコール性肝疾患、ウイルス性肝炎、原発性胆汁性肝硬変、原発性硬化性胆管炎、自己免疫性肝炎、ウィルソン病、ヘモクロマトーシス、アルファ-1アンチトリプシン欠乏症、ヒト免疫不全ウイルス（HIV）を含む、活動性または慢性の肝疾患の病歴を持つ被験者。
