- 大うつ病性障害(MDD)は、情動障害および統合失調症アジェンダに基づいて臨床面接を通じて診断されました。これは、学童の現在のバージョンおよび英語での頭字語の生涯 K-SADS-PL に基づいており、単一または再発のエピソードが 4 週間以上続く。
- 現在のうつ病エピソードの期間は 5 年未満で、患者が DSM-V の MDD の運用上の定義を満たす 2 か月以上である必要があります。
- -臨床評価で値が17以上のCIDスケール。
- 介入期間中は別の薬を使用しないでください。
- 彼らは研究の開始時(過去4週間)に抗うつ薬を服用してはならないか、5以上の生物学的半減期として確立された抗うつ薬の「洗浄」/クリアランスの適切な時間を経過している必要がありますまたは無作為化の5日前。
- 14歳から17歳までの親または家庭教師と参加者の両方が、インフォームドコンセントを与えることができ、喜んで与えること。 10〜13歳の年齢層では、患者の同意と親または家庭教師の同意。
- -20mgのジアゼパムに相当するベンゾジアゼピン(例えば、ロラゼパム)の使用は、研究中安定したままです。
- -過去4週間でMDDの薬物治療が変更されておらず、無作為化時にフルオキセチンに切り替えることに同意し、前述の抗うつ薬基準を満たす患者。
除外基準:
- 以前の頭蓋骨手術。
- 最近の頭蓋骨損傷 (6 か月)。
- 中枢神経興奮剤の使用。
