この記述的研究は、高齢者における老年疼痛測定 (GPM) の有効性を判断するために、婦人科外来クリニックに申請した 100 人の患者に対して実施されました。
研究のデータは、患者情報フォーム、GPM、および標準化されたミニ精神状態検査 (SMMSE) を使用して収集されました。
平均年齢が 70 歳 (65-90) の高齢者の平均 GPM スコアは 27.37 (0-88) であることが判明し、下位平均スコアは 9.52 (0-49.9) でした。

- 65歳未満の患者、

Geriatric Pain Measure は、Ferrell らによって開発された 24 項目の多次元スケールです。 (2000)、外来ベースで治療される高齢者向け。
トルコ語での有効性と信頼性は、Dursun と Bektaş (2017) によって確認されました。
トルコ版のスケールには 5 つのサブディメンションがあります。痛みの強さ (因子 2; 項目 1、2、3、4、5、6);動きに伴う痛み (要因 3; 項目 9、10、11、12)。激しい活動による痛み (要因 4; 項目 7、8、18、21、24)。他の活動による痛み (要因 5; 項目 13、14、15、16、17)。
「はい」の回答を合計して合計点を計算し、各項目に 2.38 を掛けて合計を 0 ~ 100 の点数に換算します。
0 ~ 29 のスコアは軽度の痛みを示すと見なされ、30 ~ 69 のスコアは中程度の痛みを示すと見なされ、70 以上のスコアは重度の痛みを示すと見なされます。
