最初の入浴を 8 時間遅らせることを介入策として使用し、生理学的成熟度の一貫した効果を考慮して、妊娠期間が 37 週以上の新生児を保育ケースの対象として選択し、ランダムに遅浴群と定期入浴群、入浴10分前、入浴直後、10分、30分、60分で体温の違い、退院時の完全母乳育児率の違いを分析。

この研究の対象は、北部地域の教育病院の保育園で生まれたばかりの赤ちゃんでした。
研究デザインは、Human Trials Committee によって審査および承認されました。
研究への参加・辞退を自由に選択でき、参加者は研究への参加を表明し、同意書と基本情報提供書を記入し、研究期間中はいつでも辞退できることを知らせ、参加乳児を次のように分けます。ランダム割り当てフォームによる実験群と対照群、新生児がベビールームに到着した後、看護スタッフが新生児を評価し、ベビーオイルでオイルバスを実行して体の胎児脂肪を取り除き、次に当院の新生児沐浴の手順に従ってください。
生後約1~2時間で全身を水で洗います。対照群はいつものように最初の入浴をしました。実験グループは、顔と頭を洗った後、全身を洗う最後のステップを生後8時間に延期し、職員は入浴前に新生児の世話をするために手袋を着用しなければなりません.
入浴はベビールームで看護師が行いました。
入浴10分前、直後、10分後、30分後、60分後に体温を測定し、退院時の完全母乳育児状況をカウントした。
すべての測定が完了すると、100元のスーパークーポンが提供されます。

- 平均在胎週数≧37週
- 出生時体重≧2500g
- 1~5分以内にアプガースコアが7以上
- 産直腸温≧36.5℃
- 敗血症の大きな変化や徴候や症状はありません。
除外基準:
- 母親は20歳未満
- 最近、発熱、白血球増加症、気道感染症または尿路感染症の症状があった
- 母親は、糖尿病、甲状腺機能亢進症、および B 型連鎖球菌またはその他の血液および体液感染症の陽性歴などの疾患を持っています。
