Une étude des effets du retard du premier bain des nouveau-nés sur le taux de température corporelle et le taux d'allaitement maternel exclusif : un essai contrôlé randomisé
En utilisant le report du premier bain de 8 heures comme mesure interventionnelle, compte tenu de l'effet constant de la maturité physiologique, les nouveau-nés ayant un âge gestationnel ≥ 37 semaines ont été sélectionnés comme sujets dans les cas de pouponnière et assignés au hasard au groupe du bain retardé et au groupe groupe de bain de routine, 10 minutes avant le bain, immédiatement après le bain, 10 minutes, 30 minutes et 60 minutes pour analyser les différences de température corporelle des cas et les différences de taux d'allaitement exclusif à la sortie.

Les sujets de cette étude provenaient de nouveau-nés à la pouponnière d'un hôpital universitaire de la région du Nord.
La conception de la recherche a été examinée et approuvée par le comité des essais sur l'homme.
Peuvent choisir librement de participer au projet de recherche ou de se retirer, acceptent que les participants informent le projet de recherche et remplissent le formulaire de consentement et le formulaire d'informations de base, informent qu'ils peuvent se retirer à tout moment pendant la période de recherche et divisent les nourrissons participants en le groupe expérimental et le groupe témoin via un formulaire d'attribution aléatoire, après l'arrivée du nouveau-né dans la chambre de bébé, le personnel infirmier évaluera le nouveau-né, puis effectuera un bain d'huile avec de l'huile pour bébé pour éliminer la graisse fœtale sur le corps, puis suivez la procédure de bain du nouveau-né de notre hôpital.
Laver tout le corps à l'eau, environ 1 à 2 heures après la naissance ; le groupe témoin a pris le premier bain comme d'habitude; le groupe expérimental a reporté la dernière étape de lavage de tout le corps après s'être lavé le visage et la tête à 8 heures après la naissance, le personnel doit porter des gants pour s'occuper des nouveau-nés avant le bain.
Le processus de bain était effectué par des infirmières dans la salle des bébés.
La température corporelle a été mesurée 10 minutes avant, immédiatement après, 10 minutes, 30 minutes et 60 minutes après le bain, et la situation d'allaitement exclusif au moment de la sortie a été comptée.
Une fois toutes les mesures terminées, un coupon de supermarché de 100 yuans vous sera remis.

Critère d'intégration:
- Nouveau-né apparemment normal avec un état allant de normal à bon
- âge gestationnel moyen ≥ 37 semaines
- poids à la naissance ≥2500 g
- Score d'Apgar d'au moins 7 en 1 à 5 minutes
- température rectale à la naissance ≥36,5°C
- sans aucun changement majeur ni signe ou symptôme de septicémie.
Critère d'exclusion:
- La mère a moins de 20 ans
- a récemment présenté des symptômes de fièvre, de leucocytose, d'infection des voies respiratoires ou d'infection des voies urinaires
- la mère a des maladies telles que le diabète, l'hyperthyroïdie et des antécédents positifs de streptocoque de type B ou d'autres maladies infectieuses du sang et des fluides corporels.
