いくつかの 2 型糖尿病リスク予測モデルが開発されていますが、スウェーデンの人口でどのように機能するかは不明です。
スウェーデンでは、日常的に使用されている糖尿病リスク予測モデルはありません。
したがって、この研究の目的は、11 の非侵襲的モデルを検証し、スウェーデンの集団における 2 型糖尿病の発症を予測するパフォーマンスを評価することです。
1990 年から 2020 年までの Västerbotten 介入プログラム (VIP) からの人口ベースのコホートが検証サンプルになります。
フォローアップから10年以内の2型糖尿病の発生は、経口耐糖能試験または自己申告によって決定されます。
自己管理式アンケートに記入し、各健康診断の訪問時に人体計測、臨床、および生化学的測定値を取得します。
