慢性の非特異的腰痛に対する一般的な運動および認知課題と比較した体幹安定運動および認知課題の効果
この無作為対照試験研究は、慢性の非特異的腰痛患者の痛み、障害、および姿勢制御戦略に対するコアスタビリティエクササイズおよび認知タスクの効果を、一般的なエクササイズおよび認知タスクと比較することを目的としています。 主な質問は次のとおりです。
- 慢性的な非特異的腰痛患者の痛みを軽減する上で、コアスタビリティエクササイズと認知タスクは、一般的なエクササイズや認知タスクよりも効果的ですか?
- 慢性的な非特異的腰痛患者の障害を軽減する上で、コアスタビリティエクササイズと認知タスクは、一般的なエクササイズや認知タスクよりも効果的ですか?
- 慢性的な非特異的腰痛患者の姿勢安定性パラメーターを改善する上で、コアスタビリティエクササイズと認知課題は、一般的なエクササイズや認知課題よりも効果的ですか?
- 慢性非特異的腰痛患者のスタビログラム拡散分析パラメーターを改善する上で、コアスタビリティエクササイズと認知タスクは、一般的なエクササイズと認知タスクよりも効果的ですか? この研究は、非特異的な腰痛を持つ 17 人の 2 つのグループに 2 つの運動プロトコルを適用するように設計されています。 グループ A は、認知課題と共にコアスタビリティエクササイズを受け、グループ B は、認知課題とともに一般的なエクササイズを受けます。
調査の概要
詳細な説明
患者は 18 歳から 50 歳の間です。
包含基準を満たすすべての患者は、16回のトレーニングセッション(週3回)を受けます。
主要な結果の尺度は、痛みと障害です。
副次的な結果の尺度は、姿勢制御戦略 (姿勢制御の安定性およびスタビログラム拡散分析を含む)、生活の質、運動に対する恐怖、およびトレーニングセッションの前後および 3 か月のフォローアップで評価される恐怖回避信念です。各グループで主要な結果のみが評価されます。

- -整形外科医が確認した慢性の非特異的腰痛の診断 発症から少なくとも3か月持続。
- 視覚的アナログスケールで3以上の痛みスコア。
- 静かに立っていると痛い。
- ミニメンタルステート検査(MMSE)に基づく認知レベルが24以上。
除外基準:
- 根性痛および神経学的徴候。
- 未矯正の視力障害。
- 聴覚障害。
- 前庭機能不全。
- 認知障害。
- 以前の脊椎手術。
- 下肢の重度の変形または損傷。
