만성 비특이적 요통에 대한 일반 운동 및 인지 과제 대비 코어 안정성 운동 및 인지 과제의 효과 원문보기 KCI 원문보기 인용
이 무작위 통제 시험 연구는 만성 비특이성 요통 환자의 통증, 장애 및 자세 제어 전략에 대한 일반 운동 및 인지 작업과 함께 코어 안정성 운동 및 인지 작업의 효과를 비교하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 주요 질문은 다음과 같습니다.
- 만성 비특이적 요통 환자의 통증 감소에 있어 코어 안정성 운동과 인지 과제가 일반 운동과 인지 과제보다 더 효과적인가요?
- 만성 비특이적 요통 환자의 장애를 줄이는 데 있어 코어 안정성 운동과 인지 과제가 일반 운동과 인지 과제보다 더 효과적입니까?
- 만성 비특이적 요통 환자의 자세 안정성 매개변수를 개선하는 데 있어 코어 안정성 운동과 인지 작업이 일반 운동과 인지 작업보다 더 효과적입니까?
- 만성 비특이성 요통 환자의 안정도 확산 분석 매개변수 개선에 있어 코어 안정성 운동과 인지 과제가 일반 운동과 인지 과제보다 더 효과적인가? 이 연구는 비특이성 허리 통증이 있는 17명의 두 그룹에 두 가지 운동 프로토콜을 적용하도록 설계되었습니다. 그룹 A는 인지 작업과 함께 코어 안정성 운동을 받고 그룹 B는 인지 작업과 함께 일반 운동을 받습니다.

상세 설명
환자의 나이는 18-50세입니다.
포함 기준을 충족하는 모든 환자는 16회의 교육 세션(주 3회)을 받게 됩니다.
주요 결과 측정은 통증과 장애가 될 것입니다.
2차 결과 측정은 자세 제어 전략(자세 제어 안정성 및 안정도 확산 분석 포함), 삶의 질, 움직임에 대한 두려움, 훈련 세션 전후 및 3개월 후속 조치에서 평가될 두려움 회피 믿음입니다. 각 그룹에서 주요 결과만 평가됩니다.

- 발병 후 최소 3개월 이상 지속된 만성 비특이성 요통의 정형외과 진단.
- 시각적 아날로그 척도에서 3 이상의 통증 점수.
- 가만히 서 있을 때 통증.
- 간이 정신 상태 검사(MMSE)에 기반한 인지 수준이 24 이상입니다.
제외 기준:
- 방사통 및 모든 신경학적 징후.
- 교정되지 않은 시력 장애.
- 청력 문제.
- 전정 기능 장애.
- 인지 적자.
- 이전 척추 수술.
- 하지의 심한 기형 또는 부상.

실험적: 인지 작업 그룹을 사용한 코어 안정성 운동
본 연구에서는 Koumantakis 등의 운동 프로그램을 변형한 Shamsi 등의 트레이닝 프로그램을 기반으로 코어 안정화 운동을 사용하여 국소 근육(복횡근 및 다열근)을 강화할 예정이다. 참가자들은 6주간 치료를 받게 되며, 주 3회, 16회. 또한 인지 작업과 안정화 운동을 결합할 것입니다. |
운동치료는 일상생활의 움직임과 활동에 지장을 주는 질병 및 상태로부터 환자의 회복을 촉진하거나, 건강한 상태를 유지하기 위해 고안되고 처방된 신체 활동의 요법 또는 계획으로 정의되는 재활 방법 중 하나입니다. 신경 재교육, 보행 훈련 및 치료 운동.
