- 메토트렉세이트가 없는 요법을 사용한 치료가 이러한 환자에서 NHL/BFM 90과 동일한 무질병 생존을 유지하는지 확인하십시오.

개요: 환자는 질병 특성(파종성 림프모구 림프종 대 국소 림프모구 림프종[국소 림프모구 림프종은 2005년 10월 기준으로 발생하지 않음]) 및 연령에 따라 계층화됩니다. CNS 음성 파종 림프구성 림프종 환자는 4개의 치료군* 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다. 진단 시 고환 침범이 있는 환자는 무작위로 IV군에 배정되고 고환 방사선 요법을 받지 않습니다. 국소 림프모구성 림프종(2005년 10월 현재 발생 마감) 환자는 무작위 배정되지 않습니다.
