신진대사 촉진 음료가 24시간 에너지 소비에 미치는 영향
본 연구의 목적은 표준량의 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트(EGCG)와 카페인을 함유한 녹차 추출물을 함유한 대사 촉진 음료(MBB)의 효과를 평가하는 것입니다.

이 연구는 간접 열량 측정을 수행하여 24시간 에너지 소비에 대한 MBB의 효과와 시각적 아날로그 척도(VAS)를 사용하여 식욕에 미치는 영향을 평가할 것입니다.
계획된 표본 크기는 날씬하고 과체중인 54명의 건강한 성인 남녀입니다.
1) 라즈베리 티 2) 바나나 쉐이크 3) 차이 라떼 4) 딸기 쉐이크 5) 카푸치노 6) 핫 코코아 순으로 6가지 신진대사 촉진 음료를 테스트할 계획입니다.
선별된 순서에 따라 각 피험자는 신진대사 촉진 음료 6개 중 1개를 받도록 지정됩니다.
각 MBB에는 90mg EGCG와 100mg 카페인이 들어 있습니다.

- BMI ≥18.5 - ≤ 40.0kg/m2
- 비흡연자
- 밀, 글루텐, 콩 또는 견과류에 대한 알려진 식품 알레르기 없음
- 주당 ≤ 14알코올 음료
- 카페인이나 녹차에 민감하지 않음
- 신진대사 검사가 있는 날에는 알코올이나 카페인 섭취 금지
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 할 의지와 능력
- 현재 식욕에 영향을 미치는 약물(예: SSRI, 스테로이드, 리탈린)을 사용하지 않음
- 임신 또는 수유 중이 아님
제외 기준:
- 적극적인 다이어트
- 통제되지 않는 만성 건강 문제(비만 제외 또는 통제: 제2형 당뇨병, 고지혈증, 고혈압 제외)
- 부정맥 병력 또는 항부정맥제 복용(예: 프로파페논)
- 정신분열증, 양극성 장애 병력, 현재 주요우울장애
- 알코올 또는 진정제-수면제(예: 벤조디아제핀)
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 배제할 정도로 심각한 인지 장애
- 체중 감소 또는 식욕 억제제 복용
