- 현재 정신 장애 진단 및 통계 매뉴얼, 4판, 구조적 임상 인터뷰(SCID)에 의해 확인된 양극성 I 장애에 대한 텍스트 개정(DSM-IV-TR) 기준을 현재 충족하는 참가자 기간은 최소 4주에서 12개월을 초과하지 않습니다.
- 신체 검사, 검사실, 활력 징후 및/또는 심초음파(ECG)가 정상인 참가자.
- 이전 조증 또는 혼합 에피소드를 확인했습니다.
- 총 Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD)-17 점수 ≥ 20인 참가자.
- HAMD-17 항목 1 점수 ≥ 2인 참가자.
- CGI-S(Clinical Global Impression of Severity) 점수가 4 이상인 참가자.
제외 기준:

Montgomery-Åsberg 우울증 평가 척도는 지난 주 동안 참가자의 우울 증상을 평가하는 10개 항목의 임상 평가 척도입니다.
참가자들은 슬픔, 무기력, 비관, 내면의 긴장, 자살 충동, 수면 또는 식욕 감소, 집중력 저하, 흥미 부족을 평가하는 항목에 대해 평가를 받습니다.
