설명
포함 기준:
모든 사이트에서 RCT에 참여하기 위한 원래 포함 기준은 다음과 같습니다.
- 전신 마취 또는 감독되지 않은 운동에 대한 후보.
- 연령 ≥20 및 ≤65세.
- 체질량 지수 >27 및 ≤45kg/m2.
- 미국당뇨병협회 기준에 따라 HbA1c, 공복 혈장 포도당 및/또는 경구 포도당 내성 검사(OGTT) 결과를 기준으로 당뇨병 약물이 필요하거나 혈당이 상승하여 확인된 제2형 당뇨병 진단.
- 연구에 참여하고 연구 분야에 동의할 수 있는 능력과 의지.
- 옵션을 이해하고 각 프로그램의 요구 사항을 준수할 수 있습니다.
- 가임 여성(즉, 생물학적으로 임신할 수 있는 여성)에 대한 스크리닝 및 기준선 방문(수술 전)에서 음성 소변 임신 검사.

- 4개의 RCT 중 하나에서 무작위로 배정되었지만 중재를 시작하지 않았거나 무작위 치료를 받지 않은 피험자
