심리적 변화에 따른 신경인지 및 신경행동적 기제
알코올 사용 장애(AUD)는 현재 진단의 경우 13.9%, 평생 진단의 경우 29.1%의 유병률을 보이는 중요한 공중 보건 문제입니다(Grant et al., 2015). AUD는 연간 2,490억 달러(Sacks et al., 2015)의 사회적 비용으로 개인, 가족 및 사회 수준에서 피해를 유발합니다. AUD 과정은 일반적으로 문제가 있는 음주로의 재발 기간을 특징으로 하며(Maisto et al., 2014), 더 나은 치료와 행동 변화 메커니즘에 대한 이해가 필요함을 나타냅니다.
이 연구의 목표는 알코올 사용 장애(AUD)가 있는 140명의 참가자를 대상으로 무작위 임상 시험을 수행하는 것입니다. 각 참가자는 음주 습관을 바꾸기 위해 심리 치료를 받기 전과 후에 행동 평가, 자가 보고 설문 조사 및 뇌 영상 검사를 완료합니다. 누군가가 알코올 사용 패턴을 바꿀 때 뇌 기능과 정서적 반응의 변화를 더 잘 이해하기 위해 행동 변화의 다양한 측면을 살펴볼 것입니다. 이 연구에서 사용된 두 가지 치료법은 알코올 사용을 줄이는 데 도움이 되는 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 참가자는 MBRP(Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention) 또는 CBT(Cognitive Behavior Therapy)에 무작위로 배정되어 12주간의 치료 세션을 완료하게 됩니다.

- 남성의 경우 8점 이상, 여성의 경우 7점 이상인 AUDIT 점수를 기준으로 "유해하고 유해한 알코올 사용"(Babor et al., 2001)에 참여합니다.
- 직접 선별 검사에서 호흡 알코올 농도 0.00
- 오른 손잡이
- 명시적으로 음주에 대한 도움을 구하고 있습니다.
- 지난 30일 동안 알코올 사용
제외 기준:
- 뇌손상 또는 신경학적 진단의 병력
- 현재 정신병의 증거
- 니코틴 또는 마리화나 이외의 작년 물질 의존
- 소변 검사에서 최근 불법 약물(마리화나 제외) 사용의 증거
