근치적 전립선 절제술 후 결절 양성 전립선암 환자를 위한 구제 치료에 아팔루타마이드와 고급 영상을 통합한 무작위 3상 시험(INNOVATE*) *호르몬 요법을 다양화하여 결절 양성 전립선암에 대한 치료 강화
이 3상 시험은 일반적인 치료에 아팔루타마이드를 추가하면 수술 후 림프절 양성 전립선암 환자의 결과가 개선되는지 여부를 연구합니다.
방사선 요법은 고에너지 X선을 사용하여 종양 세포를 죽이고 종양을 수축시킵니다.
안드로겐 또는 남성 호르몬은 전립선암 세포의 성장을 유발할 수 있습니다.
아팔루타마이드와 같은 약물은 암 세포의 수용체에 대한 안드로겐의 부착을 차단함으로써 전립선암 세포의 성장을 멈추거나 줄이는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 이는 자물쇠에 열쇠가 들어가는 것을 막는 것과 유사한 메커니즘입니다.

2차 목표:
I. 건강 관련 삶의 질 비교(Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite [EPIC]-26, EuroQol [EQ]-5 Dimension [D]-5 Level [L]), 간략한 통증 인벤토리, Patient Reported Outcome 측정 정보 시스템 [ PROMIS]-Fatigue) 치료 아암 중.
II. 전체 생존 기간, 생화학적 무진행 생존 기간, 국부적 진행까지의 시간, 거세 저항까지의 시간, 치료군 간의 암 특이적 생존을 비교합니다.
III. 치료군 간의 단기 및 장기 치료 관련 부작용을 비교하십시오.

I. 독점적인 결절 양성 모집단에 대한 해독 점수를 검증하고 Affymetrix Human Exon 1.0st 어레이의 추가 게놈 정보를 사용하여 새로운 예후 및 예측 바이오마커를 개발하고 검증합니다.
II. 전립선암의 PAM50 기반 분류를 루미날 A, 루미날 B 및 기저 하위 유형으로 예후 마커로 검증하고 루미날 B 하위 유형이 아팔루타마이드 추가로 인한 결과의 더 큰 개선을 갖는 예측 마커인지 여부를 결정합니다.

개요: 환자는 2개의 팔 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.
ARM I: 환자는 24개월 동안 의사의 재량에 따라 표준 관리 호르몬 요법을 받습니다. 환자는 또한 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 상태에서 무작위 배정 90일 이내에 시작하여 5-6주 또는 7-8주에 걸쳐 주당 5일 표준 치료 골반 및 전립선 침대 방사선 요법을 받습니다.

실험적: ARM II (호르몬 요법, 방사선 요법, 아팔 루타 미드)
