배경: 퇴역 군인들 사이에 널리 퍼진 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)는 퇴역 군인을 비만 및 관련 상태에 대한 위험을 증가시킵니다. 포함 기준:
- PTSD 진단: DSM-5(PCL-5)에 대한 PTSD 체크리스트의 표준 기준: 외상 경험 및 33점
- 체질량 지수(BMI) 25kg/m2 기준 과체중 또는 비만
- 1차 진료 제공자 또는 기타 의사의 승인
- 모든 개입 또는 통제 및 평가 활동에 기꺼이 참여
- PTSD 치료에 등록
- 유효한 VA Puget Sound Health Care System 의료 기록이 있어야 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 영어가 유창하지 않음, 심각한 청력 손실, 전화 사용 불가
- 현재 MOVE! 참여
- 현재 임신
임상적 판단에 따라 다음과 같은 이유로 참여할 수 없습니다.
- 급격히 악화된 물질 사용, 정신 건강 또는 만성 질환
- 또는 치매와 같은 중등도에서 중증의 만성 진행성 신경학적 상태
- 지난 12개월 이내에 비만 수술을 받았거나 향후 6개월 이내에 비만 수술을 받을 계획입니다.
- 이동성 문제 또는 보조 장치 사용으로 인해 우편으로 발송된 연구 저울을 사용하여 안전하게 체중을 측정할 수 없다고 보고합니다.
