상세 설명
가계 기반 전향적 코호트 연구가 2021년부터 2025년까지 대만 북부에서 실시될 예정입니다.
맥케이아동병원에서 퇴원한 아기가 있는 240가구를 초대합니다.
가구는 핵가족형과 확대가족형으로 구분된다.
"핵가족형"은 남편과 아내가 아기(생후 5개월 미만)와 자녀 유무(2-5세)로 정의하고 "확대 가족형"(3세대 가족)은 부부로 정의합니다. 아기(5개월 미만), 어린이(2-5세) 및 65세 이상의 조부모와 함께.
처음에는 환자 인구 통계, 이전 병력, 퇴원 계절, 신생아 과정 및 가구를 포함한 기본 데이터를 수집하기 위해 등록 양식을 작성합니다.
LINE 기반 관리는 연구 팀에서 매주 수행하여 가정에 호흡기 증상이 있는지 확인합니다.
월간 의사 주간 LINE 응답 외에도 연구 간호사는 24개월 동안 매달 전화로 부모 또는 법적 보호자에게 연락하여 기본 정보의 변경 사항에 대한 데이터와 마지막 접촉 후 가능한 호흡기 감염에 관한 특정 사실을 얻습니다.
가구에 호흡기 증상이 있는 경우 가능한 한 빨리 방문을 준비합니다.
응급실, 외래진료소 또는 입원환자 병동에 내원할 때 SSUAD(Serotype-specific Urinary Antigen Detection) 분석을 위해 소변을 채취하고 S의 혈청형을 연구하기 위해 중합효소연쇄반응을 위한 비인두 또는 인후 면봉을 수행합니다. 뉴모니아 및 호흡기 세포융합 바이러스 하위군.
폐렴이나 기관지 폐렴을 시사하는 임상 증후군이 있는 피험자는 가족과 함께 추가 연구에 참여하도록 요청받을 것입니다.
비인두 흡인, 소변, 혈액 및 유도된 객담은 배양, 중합효소 연쇄 반응 및 혈청학적 검사를 위해 수집됩니다.
임상 증상, 질병 과정 및 결과가 기록됩니다.
같은 가구의 가족 구성원은 비인두 또는 인후 면봉과 소변 샘플로 선별 검사를 받도록 요청받을 것입니다.
호흡기 세포융합 바이러스 또는 폐렴구균 감염에 걸린 핵가족 아동의 2주 접촉 이력을 역추적할 것이며, 특히 다른 가족 구성원에 중점을 둘 것입니다.

포함 기준:
- 지표 사례: 생후 5개월 미만의 아기는 Mackay 어린이 병원에서 태어났고 실험에 참여하기로 동의했을 때 의료 개입이 필요한 급성 호흡기 감염 유사 증상이 없었습니다.
- 가족 구성원: 2-5세 형제자매, 부모 및 65세 이상의 조부모를 포함하여 지표 사례와 함께 생활하는 가족 구성원.
