연구원은 그룹 치료 운동 및 통증 교육 개입을 그룹 치료 운동과 비교하여 통증 교육과 운동이 증상이 있는 관리 직원의 허리 통증을 줄이는 데 더 유익한 개입인지 확인합니다.

상세 설명
서론: 근골격계 병리는 전 세계 인구의 주요 장애 원인 중 하나이며 사무직 근로자가 가장 영향을 받는 그룹 중 하나입니다. 본 연구는 근골격계 병리를 감소시키기 위한 작업장에서의 치료적 운동 및 통증 교육 프로그램을 설계하고 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 직장에서 치료적 운동 개입을 사용하는 것은 성공적인 치료를 설계할 때 생물심리사회적 측면을 고려하는 것이 필수적인 경제적이고 실행 가능한 옵션입니다.
방법: 혼합 방법론 연구. 1단계: 통증에 대한 직장인의 기대, 직장에서 정적인 자세 유지 및 능동적 휴식 구현과 관련된 요인을 결정하기 위해 반구조화된 인터뷰를 사용하는 현상학적 접근 방식의 질적 연구. 2단계: 현재의 과학적 증거와 2개의 개입 그룹이 있는 첫 번째 단계의 결과를 고려한 무작위 통제 시험의 구현. 직장에서 운동만 시행하는 집단과 비교하여 통증교육과 함께 직장에서 치료적 운동을 시행하는 집단.

- 시간제 근로자.
- 만성 통증을 유발하는 병리.
- Radiculopathies 또는 증상 디스크 herniations/돌출.
- 저-중간 강도의 운동을 수행할 수 없음.
- 직장 밖에서 일상 생활을 하는 사람들은 WHO가 규정한 최소 수준(하루 최소 10,000걸음 및 일주일에 75~150분의 격렬한 중간 정도의 신체 활동)을 충족한다고 보고할 의사가 있습니다.
- 공중 보건 또는 개인 회사를 통해 물리 치료를 받고 있습니다.
- 병가 또는 임신 중인 근로자.

이는 오픈 소스 학습 관리 시스템인 Sakai[33]를 사용하여 워크스테이션에서 활성 휴식을 구현하는 것으로 구성됩니다. 일상 업무에서 플랫폼을 사용하기 때문에 참가자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한, 대학의 행정 직원이 플랫폼 탐색이 사용자 친화적인지 확인하기 위해 콘텐츠가 할당될 모듈을 만드는 데 참여할 것입니다.
앉아서 생활하는 생활 방식과 자세를 유지하는 병리학.
온라인 신청 유형은 질적 단계에서 얻은 결과에 따라 달라지며, 직원의 선호도에 맞춰 콘텐츠에 대한 접근성을 높이고 최대한 만족스러운 경험을 제공할 것입니다.
