포함 기준:
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공하고 건강 보험 양도 및 책임에 관한 법률(HIPAA) 양식에 서명할 피험자의 의지와 능력. 연구 절차를 시작하기 전에 연구 관련 정보에 입각한 동의서 및 HIPAA 양식을 서면으로 받아야 합니다.
- Olsen에 따르면 사지 또는 목/몸통에 치료 부위에 존재해야 하는 ≥ 4 mm 직경의 4 - 15개의 경증 내지 중등도의 AK 병변(AK 표적 병변으로 정의됨). 또한, 비표적 AK 병변이 치료 부위에 존재할 수 있으며, 여기에는 4mm 이상의 심각한 AK 병변이 최대 2개 포함됩니다. 각각의 심각한 AK 병변(≥ 4mm)에 대해 진단을 확인하기 위해 생검을 수행해야 합니다. 치료 영역(연속 또는 여러 패치) 총합 약. 80 cm², 160 cm² 또는 240 cm2는 BF-RhodoLED® XL의 하나의 유효 조명 영역 내에 있어야 하지만 BF-RhodoLED®의 경우 최대 3개의 조명이 필요할 수 있습니다. 모든 AK 표적 병변 및 해당되는 경우 치료 부위에 위치한 4mm 이상의 중증 AK 병변은 병변 사이의 거리에 대한 제한 없이 명확하게 구별할 수 있어야 하며 치료 부위 경계까지 최소 1cm의 거리를 유지해야 합니다.
- 모든 성별, ≥ 18세.
- 해당되는 경우 스크리닝 방문 시 각(최대 2개) 중증 AK 병변 ≥ 4mm에 대해 2mm 펀치 생검을 받을 의향.
- 연구 절차를 준수할 의향 및 능력, 특히 약 12주 이내에 최대 2개의 PDT를 받을 의향.
- 일반적으로 건강 상태가 양호하거나 임상적으로 안정적인 의학적 상태를 가진 피험자는 연구에 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 다음 임상 방문 최소 24시간 전에 치료 분야 내에서 보습제 및 기타 비의학적 국소 치료의 사용을 중단하려는 의지.
- 치료 단계에서 과도한 일광욕과 일광욕실 또는 태닝 베드 사용을 삼가는 것을 수락합니다.
- 가임 여성 피험자의 경우: 음성 혈청 임신 검사.
- 생식 가능성이 있는 여성 피험자의 경우: 스크리닝 방문 시 및 연구의 치료 단계 전반에 걸쳐(방문 4 또는 방문 6까지) 효과적인 피임.
제외 기준:
- ALA, 포르피린 또는 BF-200 ALA의 부형제에 대해 알려진 과민성 병력.
- 콩 또는 땅콩 알레르기의 병력.
- 치료 부위 내부 또는 가까운 거리(< 2cm 거리)에 일광화상 또는 기타 혼동을 일으킬 수 있는 피부 상태(예: 상처, 자극, 출혈 또는 피부 감염)가 있는 경우.
다음과 같이 임상적으로 중요한(cs) 의학적 상태로 인해 프로토콜의 구현 또는 연구 결과의 해석이 어렵거나 피험자의 안전이 손상됩니다.
- 광 피부병 또는 포르피린증의 존재
- 전이성 종양 또는 전이 가능성이 높은 종양

- 강한 인공 색소 침착(예: 문신) 또는 병변 평가 또는 치료 부위의 빛 침투에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기타 이상이 존재합니다.
- 냉동 요법, 레이저 요법, 전기 요법, 미세 박피술, 병변의 외과적 제거, 소파술 또는 트리클로로아세트산과 같은 화학적 박피를 이용한 치료와 같은 모든 물리 치료는 시술 전 4주 이내에 치료 부위 내부 또는 근접(< 10 cm 거리) 상영.
스크리닝 전 지정된 기간 내에 아래에 정의된 임의의 국소 치료:
- 3개월 이내에 치료 부위 내부에 ALA 또는 ALA 에스테르(예: 메틸 아미노레불린산(MAL))를 사용한 국소 치료.
- 3개월 이내에 치료 부위 내부 또는 근접 거리(< 10cm 거리)에서 면역조절제, 세포증식억제제 또는 세포독성 약물을 사용한 국소 치료.
- 4주 이내에 치료 부위 내부 또는 가까운 거리(< 10cm 거리)에서 광독성 또는 광알레르기 가능성이 있는 다른 약물 또는 하이퍼리신과 함께 약물의 국소 투여 시작. 그러나 피험자는 실제 광독성/광알레르기 반응의 증거 없이 스크리닝 전 4주 이상 이러한 약물을 적용한 경우 적격할 수 있습니다.
스크리닝 전 지정된 기간 내에 전신 치료 사용:
- 6개월 이내의 세포 증식 억제 또는 세포 독성 약물.
- 12주 이내의 면역억제 요법 또는 ALA 또는 ALA 에스테르(예: MAL).
- 8주 이내에 주요 장기 독성이 있는 것으로 알려진 약물.
- 6주 이내의 인터페론 또는 글루코코르티코스테로이드.
- 스크리닝 전 8주 이내에 하이페리신 또는 광독성 또는 광알레르기 가능성이 있는 약물과 함께 약물 복용 시작. 그러나 피험자는 실제 광독성/광알레르기 반응의 증거 없이 스크리닝 방문 전 8주 이상 그러한 약물을 복용한 경우 자격이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 모유 수유 여성.
- 약물이나 알코올 남용이 의심됩니다.
- 프로토콜을 준수할 것 같지 않은 피험자, 예를 들어 방문을 위해 돌아올 수 없거나, 연구를 완료할 것 같지 않거나, 연구자의 의견으로는 부적절함.
- 프로토콜 수행에 직접 관여하는 연구 기관 직원 또는 스폰서 직원 또는 그의 가까운 친척.
- 스크리닝 또는 다른 임상 연구에 동시에 참여하기 전 8주 이내에 조사용 약물 또는 의료 제품을 수령했습니다.
대상자 재평가는 제외기준 3에 해당하는 경우 1회 허용하며, 4주 이내에 적격성을 달성할 수 있습니다. 실제 치료 당일 재평가가 가능합니다.

일광화상 또는 기타 혼동을 일으킬 수 있는 피부 상태(예: 상처, 자극, 출혈 또는 피부 감염)가 있는 피험자가 치료 영역 내부 또는 가까운 거리(< 2cm 거리)에 있습니다. 피험자의 재평가는 일광화상 또는 기타 혼란스러운 피부 상태가 2주 이내에 해결될 것으로 예상되는 경우 한 번만 허용됩니다.
방문 4(PDT-2)
일광화상 또는 기타 혼동을 일으킬 수 있는 피부 상태(예: 상처, 자극, 출혈 또는 피부 감염)가 있는 피험자가 치료 영역 내부 또는 가까운 거리(< 2cm 거리)에 있습니다. PDT-2의 일정 변경은 해결 후 가능한 한 빨리 한 번 수행할 수 있지만 일정 변경은 2주를 초과해서는 안 됩니다.

Relevant AEs include AEs or conditions affecting skin health in the treatment field which may impair proper assessment of the recurrence rate of the treated AK lesions, or other clinically relevant events at the investigator's discretion as well as any SAE that has occurred since the final visit of the treatment phase (Visit 4 or Visit 6); overall and stratified by demographics and treatment area
