상세 설명

본 연구의 일차 목적은 재발성 SCLC 참가자 중 의사가 선택한 치료와 비교하여 I-DXd 치료가 객관적 반응률(ORR)을 개선하고 전체 생존 기간(OS)을 연장하는지 여부를 평가하는 것입니다.

연구의 2차 목적은 I-DXd의 효능/안전성, 건강 경제학 및 결과 연구 측정(환자 보고 결과 포함), I-DXd의 면역원성 및 B7-H3 단백질 발현을 추가로 평가하는 것입니다.

사전 동의서에 서명할 당시 18세 이상 또는 법정 성인 최소 연령(둘 중 더 높은 연령)의 성인.
조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 기록된 SCLC가 있습니다.
참가자는 충분한 양과 질의 종양 조직 함량을 갖춘 적절한 기본 종양 샘플을 제공해야 합니다.
이전에 최소 2주기의 요법으로 SCLC에 대한 전신 요법으로 최소 하나의 백금 기반 계열로 이전 요법을 받은 적이 있습니다.
