이 중재는 노출 전 예방요법(PrEP) 시대에 동시 발생하는 각성제 사용과 HIV 위험을 완화하기 위해 맞춤형 행동 중재가 필요한 HIV 고위험 각성제 사용 남성에게 초점을 맞출 것입니다.

포함 기준:
- 18세 이상이어야 합니다;
- HIV 고위험군 성행동 활발한 시스젠더 남성(미국 거주 외국인 및 미국 출생) - 지난 3개월 동안 남성과의 콘돔 없는 항문 성교(CAS)를 보고한 경우;
- 지난 3개월 또는 6개월 동안 최소 1일 이상 자극제(메스암페타민, 코카인 가루 또는 크랙 코카인) 사용을 보고한 경우;
- HIV 음성 혈청 상태를 가져야 합니다;
- 이중 언어 사용자(스페인어 및 영어) 또는 스페인어 또는 영어 단일 언어 사용자여야 합니다;
- CDC의 PrEP 적격 기준을 충족해야 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 동의 능력이 저하된 경우(예: 인지 장애); 또는
- 보다 집중적인 치료가 필요한 심각한 정신과적 증상(예: 정신병)이 있는 경우;
- HIV 양성이거나 HIV 감염자인 경우;

개입은 상호작용적이며, 라포 및 신뢰 구축 활동; 교수적 교육; 모델링 및 토론을 촉진하는 멀티미디어(예: 동영상) 메시지; 역할극 및 기술 구축, 실습, 피드백을 포함합니다.
개입은 CITI 인증 촉진자가 주도하며, 이는 연구팀의 구성원이기도 합니다.
세션은 다음과 같습니다: (1) 긍정적 정서 기술; (2) 긍정적 인식 네트워크 확장 및 지원적 개인 네트워크 구축; (3) 마음챙김; (4) 개인적 강점과 달성 가능한 목표; (5) 긍정적 재평가; (6) 타인에 대한 것과 동등한 자신에 대한 연민/연대감.
