Gecombineerde TDCS+PNS na acute beroerte
Effect van gecombineerde anodale TDC's en perifere zenuwstimulatie bij motorherstel bij acute beroerte
Recent werk toonde aan dat de toepassing van perifere zenuw- en corticale stimulatie onafhankelijk een verbetering van 10-15 % in de motorprestaties kan veroorzaken bij patiënten met een chronische beroerte.
Het doel van deze studie was om bij hemiplegische patiënten na een beroerte het effect op motorisch herstel te vergelijken van één sessie anodale transcraniale gelijkstroomstimulatie met de ipsilesionale primaire motorcortex (M1), gecombineerd met elektrische stimulatie van de perifere radiale zenuw (rEPNS) met de paretische hand 5 opeenvolgende dagen herhaald met het effect van dezelfde perifere zenuwstimulatie gecombineerd met schijn-tDCS.
Ontwerp: gerandomiseerde, dubbelblinde, parallel gecontroleerde klinische proef. Patiënten die in aanmerking komen voor de studie: Acute ischemische beroerte Primaire uitkomstmaat: Jebsen Taylor Test Secundaire uitkomstmaten

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
-Eerste ischemische beroerte binnen 5-30 dagen per parese van de arm/hand met NIHSS <15 leeftijd 35-85 jaar
Uitsluitingscriteria:
Zwangerschapspsychiatrische ziekten met een geschiedenis van alcohol- of drugsmisbruik of ernstige depressiepatiënten met een ernstige taalstoornissen, met name van receptieve natuurpatiënten met verhoogde intracraniële druk of ernstige patiënten met hartziekten met contra -indicatie tegen TMS
