Moleculaire profilering van colorectale kanker
Moleculaire profilering van colorectale kanker: een translationeel onderzoek met een next-generation sequencing-panel.
In deze translationele onderzoeksstudie zullen Formaline-Fixed-Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tumorweefselblokken van patiënten met colorectale kanker in een vroeg stadium (II-III) worden beoordeeld voor een uitgebreid kankergenenpanel van NIPD Genetics (https://www. .nipd.com/) gericht op regio's in 37 klinisch relevante kankergenen.
Het colorectale kankerpanel bevat een uitgebreide lijst van klinisch relevante genen, ontworpen om klinisch bruikbare en klinisch significante mutaties aan te pakken die artsen genetische informatie zullen verschaffen met betrekking tot a) voorspelling van de reactie van de patiënt op gerichte therapie, b) prognose, dat wil zeggen voorspelling van klinische uitkomst, c) diagnose en moleculaire classificatie van colorectale kanker.
