Het doel van deze studie is om het effect van verschillende soorten oefeningen en combinaties op migraineaanvallen bij patiënten met chronische migraine te evalueren.

Deelname Criteria
Onderzoekers zoeken naar mensen die aan een bepaalde beschrijving voldoen, de zogenaamde geschiktheidscriteria. Enkele voorbeelden van deze criteria zijn iemands algemene gezondheidstoestand of eerdere behandelingen.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Een diagnose van chronische migraine bevestigd door een gespecialiseerde neuroloog volgens ICHD-3B
- Geen belemmering om te oefenen in de evaluatie gemaakt met lichamelijk onderzoek en ECG
- Gediagnosticeerd met migraine gedurende ten minste 12 maanden
- Tussen de 18 en 50 jaar
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Regelmatig sporten in de afgelopen 6 maanden
- Aanwezigheid van bijkomende interne en neurologische ziekten
- Gebruik van antipsychotica
- Drugs-, alcoholverslaving
- Zwangerschap, borstvoeding
- Patiënten die het beoogde trainingsniveau niet kunnen bereiken
