Deze studie is een prospectief onderzoek met één centrum.
Primaire aldosteronisme Patiënten Gelijktijdig met of zonder autonome cortisol -secretie die adrenalectomie ondergingen en de ACTH -stimulatietest hebben voltooid, zal worden opgenomen.
Om de incidentie van bijnierinsufficiëntie na chirurgie bij deze patiënten te evalueren.

Primaire aldosteronisme Patiënten Gelijktijdig met of zonder autonome cortisol -secretie die een operatie onderging en de ACTH -stimulatietest voltooiden
Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Pa conccurent met of zonder autonome cortisol secretie
- Volledige adrenalectomie
- Volledige ACTH -stimulatietest op de ene dag na de operatie
- Volledige follow-up op 6, 12 maanden na de operatie
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Patiënten ondergingen gedeeltelijke adrenalectomie
- Verdenking van familiaal hyperaldosteronisme of Liddle -syndroom. [d.w.z. leeftijd <20 jaar, hypertensie en hypokaliëmie, of met familiegeschiedenis]
- Verdenking van feochromocytoom of bijniercarcinoom.
- Congestief hartfalen met New York Heart Association (NYHA) functionele classificatie III of IV; Geschiedenis van ernstige cardiovasculaire of cerebrovasculaire aandoeningen (angina, myocardinfarct of beroerte) in de afgelopen 3 maanden; Ernstige bloedarmoede (HB <60G/L); Ernstige leverdisfunctie of chronische nierziekte aspartaat aminotransferase (AST) of alanine transaminase (ALT)> 3 keer de bovengrens van normale of geschatte glomerulaire filtratiesnelheid (EGFR) <30 ml/min/1.73 M2); Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS); Ongecontroleerde diabetes (FBG≥13.3 mmol/l); Obesitas (BMI ≥35 kg/m2) of ondergewicht (BMI≤18 kg/m2); Onbehandeld aneurysma; Andere comorbiditeit die mogelijk de behandeling verstoort;
- Patiënten met actief kwaadaardige tumor.
- Lange term gebruik van glucocorticoïden.
- Verdachte PBMAH of PPNAD;
