Eksperymentalny: subvastus approach
Patients receive total knee arthroplasty with subvastus approach.
Patients receive total knee arthroplasty with subvastus approach to expose the knee joint.
Aktywny komparator: medial parapatellar approach
Patients receive total knee arthroplasty with medial parapatellar approach, which is classic, mature and with exact curative effect.
