- wiek ≥ 18 lat
- naciek na zdjęciu rentgenowskim klatki piersiowej
- dalsze kryteria włączenia: kaszel lub odkrztuszanie ropnej plwociny lub patologiczne osłuchiwanie płuc (trzeszczenia) lub gorączka
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- leczenie szpitalne w ciągu ostatnich 28 dni
- Pacjenci z obniżoną odpornością
