Prazo |
|---|---|---|
Cognition
Prazo: Baseline
Cognitive function will be assessed through among mild to moderate AD patients where low values indicate decrease in cognitive ability.

Cognition
Prazo: After 6 week of Intervention
Cognitive function will be assessed through Mini- Cog among Mild to Moderate AD patients where low values indicate decrease cognitive function
After 6 week of Intervention
Motor Function
Prazo: Baseline
Motor function will be assessed using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test among patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD), where higher scores (longer completion times) indicate poorer functional mobility
